I speak with american accent... And I was watching CUBE (canadian movie) last evenig. I wonder, what is the difference? Between canadian and american? Is CanE more similar to AmE or BrE? I know that they write, for example "honour", like the Britishers do, but simultaneously they write "recognize", like the Americans do! Is CanE a mix of these two forms?

They are very similar. American and Canadian. The difference is regional.
There is more differences between the way New Yorker speak and someone from south, like Texas. Canadians on the east coast have a lot of french mixed in, due to the fact that Quebec being predominantly French.
